MENSAGEM DE UM PAI CUBANO PARA BIDEN

    Senhor Presidente dos Estados Unidos, não sabemos o quão intensas as influências de elementos do Congresso de sua nação - de filiação republicana - poderiam ter sido nos últimos dias (segundo a mídia) para que você e sua equipe continuassem aplicando a beligerante fracassada política intensificada por Trump nos últimos 4 anos contra Cuba, dificultando as esperanças de uma mudança nas relações entre os dois países, que são independentes e soberanos.
